RETURN OLD-CORE PARTS

HOW DO I RETURN OLD-CORE PARTS?

1. First, you pay for the new part and the deposit.
2. The part will then be shipped.
3. Once you receive it, you need to prepare the used part for shipping. If the part contains fluid, drain it (this does not apply to batteries).
4. Place the used part in the package you received the new part in. Place the invoice you received after placing your order in the shipping carton. This will help us process the return more quickly.
5. The used part should be in perfect condition.

7. We will then inspect the returned part.


8. Processing returns for old parts typically takes 6 to 8 weeks, starting from the time the part is received at our warehouse. We will inform you of the test results.

How long do I have to return the old part?
The old part should be returned within one year of the purchase date of the new replacement item.
HOW IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDED IF THE TEST RESULT IS POSITIVE?

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your order or by crediting the amount to your credit account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TEST RESULT IS NEGATIVE?

We will inform you that the deposit is non-refundable. The returned old part will remain in our warehouse for 2 months. You can request that it be returned at your expense. After 2 months, we will dispose of the part.

OUR RETURN POLICY
The shipping costs for returning old parts are borne by the customer.
If the old part is severely damaged or has cracks in the housing, the customer will not receive a refund of the deposit.
If a used part of a different category is returned, the deposit will not be refunded.
You may receive a refund if you return an equivalent item from a different manufacturer. For example, if you purchase a Garrett turbocharger and return a BorgWarner turbocharger.
If the specifications (e.g., performance) of the new replacement part do not match those of the old part, you must check with the manufacturer whether it is possible to return such a part.

Return criteria:
The old part must be complete and assembled.
None of its components should be removed, replaced, or disassembled.
The old part must be of the same type as the replacement item.

Injector


Return criteria:
Unacceptable: Disassembled parts
Unacceptable: Parts with missing nozzles
The following items will result in rejection:
A damaged connector
A broken connector
A melted connector
Damage to the inlet
Damage to the nozzle body due to improper handling (e.g., hammering)
A damaged seal seat


Injection pump

Old parts are accepted if they meet the following requirements:
The old part must be of the same type as the replacement item.
The injection pump is complete and assembled.
No damage is detected.
The control valve is undamaged.


Old parts with the following defects will NOT be accepted:
Parts are disassembled.
Parts are missing.
Parts are severely corroded.
